About PR à la carte . . .

PR à la carte is a boutique public relations and marketing concept offering top-quality service and expertise at an affordable price. The brainchild of award-winning industry veteran Deborah Brown, the unique enterprise benefits from her more than 20 years’ experience with projects associated  with such high-profile entities as Intel, MSN, RadioShack, Paramount Studios, The Grammy Awards, Universal Studios-Hollywood, MTV, Sotheby’s Auction House, George Mason University, the American Public Health Association, Washington Hospital Center, Muscle & Fitness Magazine, The Washington Times and many more.

Keying in to the realities of the current business climate, the company specializes in “packaging” public relations and marketing services via à la carte pricing, so that clients can choose, mix and match the different elements to create customized campaigns that not only best fit their unique needs, but also their budgets.

The PR à la carte concept was created by Brown to assist entrepreneurs, start-ups, small and medium-sized companies and individuals in gaining access to the vital, professional public relations and marketing services they need to gain a foothold in today’s highly competitive marketplace.  Recognizing that funding is often a huge initial consideration in such ventures, PR à la carte is there to bridge the gap – allowing small and mid-sized companies and individuals to build their campaign, piece by piece, as funds become available.  At the same time, Brown and her associates can assist larger companies in short-term per-project launches and announcements which require extra manpower and expertise.

Services are priced on an hourly, per-project or short-term retainer basis, depending on the scope and nature of the work at hand.  These may include but are not limited to:

·         Public relations and marketing consulting

·         Writing/editing/designing services  (ranging from a single press release to full media kits, speeches, brochures, Internet sites, ads and more)

·         Campaign creation, strategy and execution

·          Trade show relations

·          Event planning and execution

·          Press/analyst tours

·         Media pitching and placements/interviews in trade and consumer print, radio, television and online outlets
